Do my employee have to pay out-of-pocket when visiting a medical provider on the panel?
Visits to medical providers under the panel are on a cashless basis. This also extends to online video-consultations with a healthcare provider on the Doctor Anywhere app.

Do you offer inpatient coverage?
Inpatient coverage is coming soon. For now, Soda focuses on outpatient care—GP visits, mental health, dental, diagnostics, and more.
Is there an age limit for employees covered?
No, Soda does not impose age limits like some traditional insurance providers. Your employees are covered regardless of age.
What’s the average cost per visit using panel rates?
On average, GP consultations cost between $25–$35 per visit with medication, thanks to panel pricing. Your employees can enjoy panel GP visits at a flat $13 per visit (consultation fee). For specialist visits, the typical range is $80–$120, and physiotherapy starts at $150 for the first visit with $135 for follow-ups.
