Annual limit

Set the total yearly budget for each employee. This is the maximum amount an employee can claim for medical visits in a year.
Example: If you set an annual limit of $800 for panel GP visits, the employee can claim up to $800 total in one year. Once the limit is used up, any additional visits will be fully paid by the employee. Learn more about coverage limits

Co-pay

Let employees contribute a small fixed amount per visit This is the amount the employee pays out-of-pocket for each consultation.
Example: If the co-pay is $5, and the consultation costs $40, the employee pays $5, and the company covers the remaining $35. This encourages shared responsibility for medical spending.

Cap per visit

Set the maximum amount the company will cover per visit This limits how much the company will pay for a single medical visit.
Example: If you set a cap of $20 per visit and the total bill is $30, the employee pays the extra $10. This helps control costs and prevent overuse of expensive services.
