Do my employee have to pay out-of-pocket when visiting a medical provider on the panel?
Visits to medical providers under the panel are on a cashless basis. This also extends to online video-consultations with a healthcare provider on the Doctor Anywhere app.
How do I prevent abuse of medical benefits?

On average, GP consultations cost between $25–$35 per visit with medication, thanks to panel pricing. Your employees can enjoy panel GP visits at a flat $13 per visit (consultation fee).
