Do my employee have to pay out-of-pocket when visiting a medical provider on the panel?
Visits to medical providers under the panel are on a cashless basis. This also extends to online video-consultations with a healthcare provider on the Doctor Anywhere app.
How do I prevent abuse of medical benefits?
Soda comes with co-payment and cap-per-visit controls that you can set. These options ensure employees contribute a small fixed amount or are limited in per-visit spend, helping your company stay within budget and prevent overuse.
How do I set up a benefits plan for my team?

What’s the average cost per visit using panel rates?
On average, GP consultations cost between $25–$35 per visit with medication, thanks to panel pricing. Your employees can enjoy panel GP visits at a flat $13 per visit (consultation fee). For specialist visits, the typical range is $80–$120, and physiotherapy starts at $150 for the first visit with $135 for follow-ups.
